Fundraising Marketing Officer

Position: Fundraising Marketing Officer

Location: Swindon with flexible home working (minimum one day per week in Swindon)

Hours: Full-time 37.5

**Salary**: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent

The Role

Lead and support fundraising activity that drives income and engagement from the supporter audience.

You will use fundraising and marketing tactics to inspire engagement, financial giving and committed support to the charity.

Main responsibilities include:
*Lead an effective programme of peer-to-peer fundraising, managing campaigns such as Bike for Bibles and Bake for Bibles
*Run and support campaigns to acquire new supporters
*Co-ordinate PPC marketing campaigns to acquire new supporters ety, working closely with the Digital Advertising Officer
*Support delivery and content generation for the Rooted and Rooted Juniors programmes
*Seek to develop new ideas for campaigns and programmes that support income growth and supporter experience
*Identify fundraising opportunities within wider organisational activity, being proactive and collaborative
*Analyse and report on the success of campaigns and programmes

As Fundraising Marketing Officer, you will have knowledge and experience of a fundraising, marketing, related business or charity environment
