Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with a 1hr lunch break.

As a result we are now supporting them in the recruitment for a Customer Liaison Administrator
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

- To support a specialist Customer Support / Client liaison department ensuring that all key clients are happy and supported successfully
- To cross check client information and contracts to ensure that all data is correct and compliant
- To ensure that customers data is attached to the database
- To update customer notifications and raise awareness with the team and third parties where things need to be actioned
- To identify overdue documents
- Complete basic reports
- To liaise with third parties and manage customer expectations
- To complete Administration
- To organise calls for the team
- To be a point of contact where required via telephone
The successful Customer Liaison Administrator will be proactive with the ability to use your initiative when needed to help continue to drive the business forward
You will have:
