Are you an experienced Administrator living in or around Bellshill?

Our client requires an Administrator for their office based in Avondale House, Strathclyde Business Park.

Job role:
A professional and courteous manner at all times; with the ability to communicate effectively with Colleagues, Managers and Customers etc. Provide direction and assistance to operational personnel.
- Excellent communication skills, including answering telephone calls, communicating with Engineers, Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required
- Assigning work to soft services providers to ensure all consumables, waste, window cleaning, pest control, contractual obligations are met fully
- Collating meter readings, chasing engineers for completion, and associated reporting
- Daily reactive reporting to the client
- Assigning subcontractor reactive work orders to the relevant subcontractor
- Ensuring Sub-contractor Planner is accurately maintained at all times
- Completion of the monthly client performance dashboard report
- Raising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices with meticulous attention to detail
- Problem solving - assisting with operational problems and finding a resolution through CAFM systems, Coupa, SAP, Magellan etc
- Assisting the Account Manager with all aspects of the operation including but not limited to booking travel, organising meetings, completing spreadsheets and writing performance reports.
- Proficient IT skills: with the ability to use various computer packages proficiently, including, SAP, Planon, Coupa, Word and Excel. (Training on SAP/Plan-on & Coupa). Also accessing and updating Customers Portals
- Other administrative duties as required to support business needs

Qualifications or Required Experience:

- Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Basware, Coupa & Plan-on) desirable
- Demonstrate good team working ability with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
- Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image
- Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery
- Technical knowledge within the M&E industry desirable but not essential
- Health and safety awareness
