Producing and distributing three 24/7 sports offerings in Sport 24, the first-ever live, global, premium sports channel for the airline and cruise industries; EDGEsport, the premium action sports channel; and the Premier League Content Service for international broadcasters, which includes all live matches, comprehensive analysis and regular magazine programming. - What You’ll Do:
- To provide administrative and general support to the Head of Production, the Head of Football Content and their team working across multiple productions in a busy sports production area.
- Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Provide key administrative and general support to the HOP and team - duties will include diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, processing expenses, Fieldglass for onboarding freelancers, creating Work Orders etc.-
- Provide administrative support for creating and collating proposals, departmental initiatives, presentations and pitch documents (inc. proof reading, research and ordering necessary materials)-
- Be a key point of contact for any general enquiries from both internal and external clients and suppliers-
- Responsible for organising, and booking meeting rooms with relevant IT/AV support, catering etc for meetings, as required-
- Maintaining departmental databases, including monitoring training, subscriptions, diaries and soft filing-
- Support staff meetings and workshops- You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Proficient in command of presentation software including PowerPoint presentations and/or Adobe Creative Suite software (inc. Photoshop, Illustrator)-
- Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong administrative experience.-
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion.- We’d Love If You Also Have These:
- Proactive and willing to take initiative - must be able to think ahead, and plan in advance of deadlines/requirements.-
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (ability to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers)-
- Excellent written communication skills-
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).-
- Timely, accurate and reliable-
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritise-
- Must adopt a flexible approach to changing deadlines and priorities - with an ability to think and act quickly.-
