We have an exciting new vacancy, due to an internal promotion, for a Payroll Administrator. You have the option for a hybrid role and the office is based at our Loughborough branch. You will be reporting to our Head of HR. You be the first point of contact for pay related queries. You will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day administration for payroll, benefits and HR ensuring our employees are paid on time and accurately.

**Experience and Skills**
- Experience with working in a busy Payroll, HR or Finance team is preferred.
- Experience of payroll systems, such as ITRENT.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, e.g., PAYE, NI, Attachments of Earnings and Statutory payments.
- Methodical and process driven.
- Confidential
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage conflicting priorities in a busy environment.
- Good communicator, personable and ability to work well within a team.
- Experience working with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience of undertaking a payroll system change would be desirable.
