We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Team Coordinator to join our team at Rainbows Children's Hospice. As a key member of our People Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment Officer, handling a variety of tasks that are critical to ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This will include managing candidate applications, coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and assisting in the creation and posting of job adverts.
Key Responsibilities- Support the People Team across the full range of HR functions, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Department and HR Advisor to ensure timely and accurate HR system updates and payroll changes.
- Assist the Recruitment Officer with managing recruitment enquiries from candidates, managers, and external partners, creating and advertising job vacancies, pre-screening candidates via telephone, booking interviews, and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Proven administration experience with a focus on recruitment and HR.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support to a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of using an HR/Recruitment Information system.
- Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask a varied workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
