  • Collaborate with the Payroll Department and HR Advisor to ensure timely and accurate HR system updates and payroll changes.
  • Support the Recruitment Officer with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven administration experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of using HR/Recruitment Information systems, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Ability to multitask a varied workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and benefits package, including free onsite parking, eligibility to join the blue light card discount scheme, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
  • A contributory pension scheme or salary sacrifice scheme, as well as 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
