**Your New Role**:
Working in the People + Culture team with 5 other HR professionals, the role involves working with the payroll team and spotting any issues or inconsistencies, correcting them, and ensuring functions are properly executed. Company culture is of the utmostimportance, and this role includes respecting the organisation's core values to make sure that everything runs smoothly and the whole team can thrive in a positive work environment.

This a hybrid part-time role, 20 to 24 hours per week. The days/hours per day are flexible (over a Monday-Friday work week), with great parking at the Trowbridge office and transport links nearby.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Taking ownership of two payroll schemes + the administrations of benefits including pensions, company car, cash allowances, private health and life assurance covers for almost 400 monthly payslips (primarily salaried). This includes a division with a headcountof over 300 primarily hourly paid seasonal employees (payroll is run separately on a bi-weekly basis for 10-16 weeks each years)
- Use of Cintra IQ and Natural HR to ensure new starters, leavers and all changes to the monthly payroll are accurately reflected in systems and the final payroll production
- Working as the company's internal expert with good experience in calculations and payroll, ensuring that payroll functions (the system takes care of the calculations) are being accurately executed; ability to answer colleagues' questions about their pay

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and demonstrable experience of achieving a high degree of accuracy
- Approachable and customer-focused - you believe that matters relating to colleague pay are the number one priority at all times
- Proactive and a strong communicator - willing to share knowledge with colleagues, including occasional brief internal training/refresher sessions
- Payroll administration including calculations
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation with the willingness to be proactive in communicating and planning for change where necessary
- Working to non-negotiable time frames
- Experience of working with Cintra IQ will be a big advantage
- Confident Excel user, able to work with data to produce accurate reports.
