Due to continued growth at Metro Rod/Plumb York we are looking to expand our office team.

This role will suit someone that has worked within an office environment. Your daily tasks will include (but not limited to):

- Answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls to clients and suppliers
- Generating Invoices for clients
- Loading supplier invoices onto accounting software
- Chasing outstanding payments from clients
- Supporting scheduler where required to log jobs and support technicians on the road

It is essential you are a quick learner, with the ability to problem solve and seek solutions using your own initiative. You will have a support structure around you from the team locally and the wider Metro Rod network.

As your role will involve considerable IT usage you will have strong skills using Microsoft Office, task, project and work management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,880.00-£28,080.00 per year
