**About us**

Access Opening Systems Ltd is a small business in Industrial doors, door automation, shopfronts, shop fits etc. based in Castleford.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with engineers throughout the day to ensure all jobs allocated run smoothly
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with managing office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in data entry and clerical work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
