Position: HR Assistant
Location: Warwick
Permanent
Hours: 38, Monday to Friday
Salary/Benefits: £20,600-£25,500 (dependant on experience) + commission

The key functions of the role:
This is a generalist role that includes: coordination of all HR related tasks. This role will suit an individual looking to further their career within HR.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
HR Administration (for all clients)

HR Assistance
- All HR related administration, including new starter paperwork, leavers, and ad hoc letters.
- Ensure all starters, leavers and changes are updated on the HR systems tailored for each client.
- Arranging and co-ordinating company inductions for all new starters.
- Maintaining updated HR files for each employee.
- Arranging exit interviews and feeding back to the appropriate HR Consultant.
- Note taking within formal meetings.
- Responsible for the HR helpline for clients.
- Creating and running monthly HR reports, as and when required.
- Providing clear and appropriate HR metrics monthly.
- Project work as and when required.
- Keeping up to date with all Employment Law changes and communicating through social media and other relevant channels.
- Any other reasonable HR Assistance work required within the role.

HR Advisory level
- Updating Employee Handbooks in line with client requirements.
- Providing accurate and appropriate HR advice to all clients as required via the HR

Helpline and other sources.
- Ad-hoc and tailored HR support for clients.
- Cover for HR Consultants during absences.
- Any other reasonable HR Advisory work required within the role.

Qualifications / Education / Experience required:

- At least 2 years' experience of studying or working within HR.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Awareness of HR software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate MS Office Packages.
- Previous experience with multitasking work and projects, and capacity to prioritise as needed.

**Salary**: £20,600.00-£25,500.00 per year
