Junior HR Generalist

**About The Role**:
Your role as the Junior HR Generalist will be varied across the HR function. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks with a main focus on talent acquisition, where you will advertise, shortlist and be the main point of contact for senior level roles for our branch network. You will assist the Senior HR Business Partner and the Junior HR Business Partners in HR queries, and support on project work. You will use the systems and information to help build meaningful data which will inform both recruitment and HR.
**Accountabilities**:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Support with HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, career planning, succession planning
- Participate in initiatives aimed continuously improving HR performance
- Ensure you and your team are aware of adhere to, and remain compliant with Good Distributions Practices

**About You**:
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to pick up on new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- CIPD Qualified up to level 5 with a willingness to undertake level 7
