**WHAT TO EXPECT**
You will be supporting the wider Industrial Operations Business Partnering community in delivering our strategic objectives, ensuring consistency and identifying opportunities to connect and improve.
The Senior HR Consultant will organise and co-ordinate team priorities and activities, supporting the wider team in the delivery of the Industrial Operations HR.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with Industrial Operations People Partners to support the delivery of projects
- Work closely with the People Partnering team on short and long term workforce forecasting demand planning, consolidating inputs for the function to support activities.
- Engage with core project stakeholders to support Business Planning and Strategy
- Provide the ability and flexibility to support generalist People Partnering activity where there is immediate or enhanced business need
- Provide general support on projects in a number of areas to support the delivery of key projects and the overall JLR and People strategy
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders through regular input and communications
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working on programmes across the area and define best practices
**WHAT YOU-LL NEED**
- Previous experience in Human Resources gained at Advisor level
- Experience of involvement in HR projects and project management capabilities
- Experience of working within a complex HR structure with numerous internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable within HR practices, including areas of organisation, capability and engagement
- Previous experience of working with multiple stakeholders to drive and deliver the right outcomes for the business as well as function
- Ability to present complex issues in a succinct & straightforward manner to all levels of the business
- Customer focused - ability to determine service requirements and performance measures
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, ability to interpret and manipulate data
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
