**About The Role**:
Your role as the HR Generalist will be varied across the HR function. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks with a focus on supporting our non-operational teams to ensure that their teams are set for success. You will assist the Senior HR Business Partner and the wider HR team with HR queries and support on project work. You will use the systems and information to help build meaningful data to support the needs of our business.
**Accountabilities**:
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Assist in development and implementation of relevant training for the business
- Developing awareness of Apprenticeships and effective use of the Apprenticeship Levy
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
- Improving, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Reviewing and analysing Management Information to provide insights to the wider team
- Promoting and engaging with the HR strategy and working closely with the HR Team by contributing ideas and implementing initiatives

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to pick up on new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- The ability to work well with team members and the wider leadership teams
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
