**HR Assistant**

We are working with a well-known, European leading organisation on the lookout for a HR Assistant to join their team in Warwick. This is an incredible opportunity to join a great company within a fantastic team.

This role will be responsible for managing the administration for the whole employee life cycle, for all employees split over two business units. Providing a proactive and efficient HR administrative service that supports the overall objectives of the department. Acting as the point of contact for all first level HR issues, ensuring correct procedures are followed; documented where applicable and excellent service is provided to all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be the first point of contact for all HR queries - providing guidance and support to managers and/or employees in line with company policies and procedures and statutory provisions
- Maintaining an efficient and effective new starter process from point of offer through to onboarding, ensuring that the set HR procedure is followed and all associated electronic and paper based information is inputted in a timely manner
- Maintain all updates on the HR management systems (SAP; Success Factors and Umantis) and all other internal HR systems)
- Ensuring a strong link is maintained between HR and Payroll and all associated documentation is submitted with accuracy and on time
- Providing a general administrative service for the HR department
- Generating letters, contracts and ensuring statutory process adherence
- Updating KPI information and generating ad hoc statistical reporting
- Respond to external and internal information requests
- Supporting projects and completion of HR objectives
- Assisting with the recruitment process, from applicant tracking through to assisting with first level assessments
- Processing invoices & monitoring departmental budgetary spend
- Conducting exit interviews
- General office duties such as the upkeep of personnel records and maintaining the H.R filing and archive system, standards forms and compliance with GDPR
- Provide support with the facilitation of training - source and arrange course enrolment, gather information to produce training agreements and maintain records of training undertaken.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers, supporting on first level employee relations issues
- Managing and supporting the recruitment process including administration and first level assessment support
- Undertake projects as and when required in line with the objectives of the role

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced commercial business
- Experience working with SAP
- Knowledge and ability to offer first line HR advice in relation to current legislation
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Managed a high level of recruitment activity
- Managed high workload independently
- First level HR advice, e.g. performance issues, ER, coaching
- HR Degree (or equivalent HR qualification)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Confidence to deal with people internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to use own initiative and learn quickly
- Ability to prioritise own work levels
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptable to change
- Hardworking and productive attitude
- Willingness to be flexible in your working hours and able to work outside normal hours as requested
