Reed Specialist Recruitment are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Office Coordinator. You will be joining a friendly and passionate team based in Derbyshire.
The role is part time covering office hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays it's an ongoing temporary contract with a view to going into a permanent position. You will need to have plenty of initiative. You will be involved in reception duties, haveexceptional time-management skills. Good grammar and literacy skills.
The Role:
- You will undertake reception duties
- Be the first point of contact for the phone line
- Assisting with scanning and postal duties
- To provide advice and guidance to customers, business partners and others whilst taking messages for other departments in the business.
The ideal applicant:
- Will have excellent phone etiquette
- Will have excellent verbal and written communication
