**The Role**:
We are looking for a** Loans Coordinator **to** **assist with the coordination, monitoring and management of player(s) development and welfare as they progress towards, into and out of a loan with domestic and/or international third-party clubs.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our loaned players are receiving regular interaction, assessment and meaningful mentorship while on loan; your role will be vital in keeping us actively involved in their development and will set us up to effectively asses their progress at all times.

**Your day-to-day**
***:

- **Provide valuable strategic support**:

- you'll be a key player in the building, articulation and implementation of our overall loan strategy
- **Build and nurture crucial relationships**:

- you will take pride in holding strong relationships with key stakeholders at our academy
- **Gain valuable player knowledge**:

- you'll take pride in accruing and maintaining significant knowledge of our academy players across all sites
- **Establish impactful partnerships with third-party clubs**:

- you'll collaborate with external clubs to establish a successful partnership that keeps player development and performance front of mind
- **Leverage multimedia**:

- you will lead in the building and management of extensive video databases and creation of audits required in order to effectively monitor player performance
- **Keep a watchful eye on our players**:

- you'll visit loaned players both domestically and internationally in order to uphold caring relationships and assess performance and you will offer insightful coaching advice as well as guidance and mentorship
- **Proactively measure player progress**:

- you will collect, digest and structure critical datapoints and create insightful reports on player progress
- **Develop a good knowledge of clubs in the UK and further afield**:

- you'll grow an accurate and insightful knowledge of the playing style and culture of clubs in order to recommend optimal player placements
- **Partner with our player recruitment department**:

- you will connect and collaborate with our player recruitment department and provide seamless support on a range of projects

***What we are looking for**
***:

- **Extensive football background**:

- you come equipped with a proven track record of working within professional elite football at a senior term or category 1 academy level and you pride yourself on your sound knowledge of the football industry
- **Coaching background **-** **FA (or Association equivalent) coaching badges strongly preferred
- **Video database experience**:

- you've got a history of compiling and maintaining video databases and libraries
- **Registered scout**:

- you're a registered scout with the Premier League and undertake CPD as required each year
- **Good experience with a range of tools**:

- you come with in-depth experience of HUDL Sportscode, Studio & HUDL platform as well as SBG Match Tracker and Tableau
- **A trusted partner for players and stakeholders**:

- you're well versed in working closely with players on development plans and you build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and third-party clubs
- **An eye for numbers**:

- you're comfortable with the basic reporting of data and are able to extract valuable insight for a range of stakeholders
- **Best-in-class communicator**:

- you possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and build trust and relationships with ease
