We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our Housing First Team as a Trauma-Informed Support Coordinator.

Your primary role will be to provide trauma-informed support services to individuals with complex needs, including health, housing, and substance dependency issues.

To achieve this, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the necessary assistance to overcome their challenges.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting on progress, and contributing to the development of new strategies to enhance our support services.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional who shares our commitment to providing trauma-informed support services. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in roles such as Community Specialist, Community Care Worker, Caseworker, Complex Care Worker, or Social Care Worker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with local resources and services

Please note that access to a car is necessary for this role, but mileage and car user allowance will be paid in addition to your salary.

Location

This role is based in Hastings and Rother, with regular travel required to meet with clients and partners.
