**Annual salary of £25,028 (FTE)**:

- ** Permanent **role
- ** Full-time (37 hours) Monday-Friday,** part-time and flexible working patterns available - working hours of 8i:00-17:00, rotated between 9:00-17:00 and 8:00-16:00 every 6 weeks. 15:30 finish on a Friday.
- ** St Helens office base**

**The role**

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the daily activities of M&Y’s field workforce. In doing so, providing a high quality, customer focused maintenance service, that ensures compliance with relevant safety and building legislation.

**The right fit**
- Experience of using Orchard Housing, DRS and/or Agile365 is **required**:

- Experience working within Housing is **preferred**:

- Experience of working alone and flexibly as part of a team
- Technical knowledge associated with Gas and Electrical cyclical servicing and repairs **preferred**:

- Organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment, with excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
