**Daily Tasks**:

- Maintaining internal CRM system, this includes but is not limited to; Uploading daily jobs & work schedules, ensuring job notes are uploaded onto job including all details, pictures and managing daily clock in and clock out times for the engineers
- Booking in jobs & managing clients
- First point of call for an incoming phone calls on the office phone
- Updating of internal wholesale trackers across two companies
- Helping with social media
- Office manager/admin assistant - general duties
- Enrol all new engineers onto CRM system, log uniform, ensure we hold correct documentations for all staff
- Daily close off of jobs
- General office adhoc duties

- Must be able to confidently speak to customers and onsite team
- Drive and keenness to consistently learn & good understanding of urgency of projects

- £18,000 - £23,000
