Office Administrator

P Fitzsimmons Ltd is a large franchise of Dyno rod, covering North West London.
We are looking to recruit a part time Administrator for our local office in Enfield for 20 hours per week 8am-Midday initially.
You will be working in busy environment with organising customer call-outs, liaising with British Gas, Commercial and Domestic customers and using our CRM, plus accounts support and other general office duties. You should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel.
The role will also include:
- Forming a good working relationship with office staff and Drainage Technicians
- Working within a team
- Being ambassador to Dyno Rod and ensuring all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
- Keeping accurate records on our CRM system and excel spreadsheets.
- Answering phones and calling customers.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
