Office Administrator

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling equipment collections, and maintaining office supplies.
- Document Management: Organise and manage company documents, ensuring they are filed correctly and easily accessible.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input data accurately into systems
- Financial support: Assist with the processing of invoices on goods and services, maintaining accurate records of purchases.
- Supporting the Help Desk Team managing day to day reactive jobs

- Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
