**Accounts Administrator - Part Time - Office Based in Enfield (EN1)**

Days: 3 Days Per Week (Flexible)

Hours: 9:30am to 3:30pm (30 mins lunch) - (Flexible)

Total Hours Per Week - 16.5hrs (Flexible)

Hourly Rate: £14 to £15 per hour (depending on experience)

**Duties**:

- Create & send monthly Sales Invoices using QuickBooks.
- To implement Credit Control using QuickBooks.
- Processing timesheets sent by Cleaning Operatives and preparing for the fortnightly wages run.
- Analyse/ split Purchase Ledger invoices to pass relevant costs on to clients.
- Preparation of monthly payment runs.
- Filing/scanning/saving and editing files onto Microsoft OneDrive.
- Support administration across the business

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience using QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Comfortably with all elements of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Good Maths and English skills are essential for this role.
- You must be able to get to Enfield 3 days per week (this is an office-based role with no hybrid working options).
- Must be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are needed for this role.
- A proactive and energetic personality.
- Ability to extract essential information and problem solve effectively.

**Person Specifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Administration.
- Effective communicator with a good telephone manner.
- Motivated to work hard.
- Team-player who enjoys collaborating with others but can take ownership and deliver independently.
- Reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and willing to assist others in the office when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Enfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
