**Job Description**:
- Pertemps Enfield are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for successful company head office based in Enfield.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting sales manager and team-
- Liaise with credit agencies regards credit limits, CCJ's etc
- Checking of debt insurance portal (inhouse)
- Complete all account opening processes criteria for our insurers.
- Set any customer rates on to the Syrinx (Point of Rental) software system.
- Chase current customer for hired in plant insurance documents and save to customer.
- Move the status of customer after a sustained period of no activity.
- Cross reference web enquiries against Syrinx software to help deter conversion rates.
- Manage Enquiry Bot software to ensure all leads are being seen through to a conclusion.
- General sales administration duties
- Experience & requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator.- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Salary
- £13.50 per hour (Weekly pay)
- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00**Benefits**:
