We are **Your Option**. We provide Facility Management Services (consisting of commercial cleaning, extreme cleaning, grounds maintenance and handyman work) to our clients, predominantly working closely with **Housing Associations**. As an Administrator, you will be the heart of the company. As well as liaising directly with our clients, you'll be working closely with our on-site team members. You'll be reporting into our Senior Operations Manager, and occasionally the CEO.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:
**Administration -**
General administration tasks on a daily basis; organise and function to ensure internal and external stakeholders are dealt with in a timely manner.
Responding to offline and online to client requests. This will include providing quotations & sending completion images.
Assisting with the resolution of complaints and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Liaising with on-site team members for both regular and ad-hoc jobs to ensure they’re delivering against the required work in the allocated time and budgets set.
Work collaboratively within the Administration function to proactively identify and implement areas for process improvements.

**Front facing -**
Occasional client meetings and site visits. This allows us to develop a personal rapport with our clients. This is a good opportunity to meet on-site team members, and allows for a deeper understanding of the work being completed.

**Hours**:
We have both part-time & full-time opportunities available for this role. These can be discussed at interview stage.

The hours will be between 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm.

**Location**:
80 % - Home Working

20% - Office/Site Working

**Required Experience**:

- **PC Experience
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- 2 years Administration experience
- Will be able to work collectively as part of a team, but also independently when working remotely.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
