Customer Service Administrator

**Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their fast-paced Records Management Customer Success team.**
**Where you will be based**
This role will be office based at our Enfield offices.
**What is a Customer Service Administrator to us?**
Crown Records Management provides specialist storage facilities and services to corporate clients, keeping their data secure and protected with the utmost care. Crown’s customer administration team provides the highest levels of administrative and customer service support to our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring they receive an outstanding service.
**What you will do**
- To maintain a high-performance, customer driven environment where the need of the customer comes first, with the primary objectives being to delight the customer and create value for all stakeholders
- Resolve service issues by liaising with the customer to determine the cause of the problem, providing the best solution to solve the problem, completing the correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Ensure Crowns internal system is kept up to date with relevant information in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop strong working relationships with and support internal stakeholders e.g. creating reports, maintaining service level agreements, audit accounts
- Receiving and processing orders from clients and informing internal stakeholders of work requirements as necessary
- Providing support and training to customers on how to use Crown’s web portals to input their orders
- Provide support to the reception desk ensuring the security of Crown’s building is upheld and visiting clients receive a warm welcome
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have 1-2 years' administration experience. An individual that understands excellent customer service with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to learn IT systems quickly
