A leading contractor, integrator of electronic security systems, and Smart Home automation company is looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their team in London.

Training for this programme will be provided in their procedures and specialist in-house software.

**About the Company**:
They are a well-established, dynamic Security Systems and Home Automation company that specialises in installing state-of-the-art intruder alarms, networked CCTV, IP access control, audio-visual, and smart home automation systems in and around London.

They have secured over 10 years of experience in this field and hold certification for Safe Contractor, CHAS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screening calls and taking detailed messages where necessary
- Assisting with the scheduling of engineer appointments
- Assisting with the supply of company specifications
- Following up on outstanding enquiries
- Updating contact lists on the company database
- Client satisfaction follow-ups
- Providing support to reception during busy periods
- Office cover during staff holidays
- Reporting to the company Operations Manager

**Desirable Skills**:

- Polite Telephone Manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with all Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
