**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for a reliable, hard-worker with great initiative, a commercial mindset, good fashion sense and immaculate attention to detail. Someone who works well on their own as well as in a team. It is important that you have excellent communication skills and can work to tight deadlines. Somebody who goes over and above for your team and our clients, loves organisation and loves process will excel here.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our retail operations by managing the pricing process for our products. You will be responsible for selecting, pricing, and analyzing the stock arriving in a manner that maximizes sales while maintaining our brand standards and customer satisfaction.
- **Pricing**: Develop pricing strategies for products from regular customers and VIP clients bearing in mind factors such as brand, RRP, desirability, condition, seasonal trends, customer demand and Inventory Sell Through Rate (ISTR). Price 50+ items per day, working at speed with attention to detail. Set and monitor Recommended Retail Prices based on market trends and competition. Ensure pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Oversee the re-pricing of aged stock.
- **Product Selection**:Select or reject items set in from consignors based pricing factors. Optimize product mix to maximize sales and minimize excess inventory. Utilize knowledge of market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect merchandise for quality, authenticity, and functionality, adhering to established standards and guidelines. Take appropriate actions to address any issues or discrepancies identified during the inspection process.
- **Authentication**: Develop and implement processes to ensure the authenticity of products. Collaborate with relevant teams to establish and maintain rigorous authenticity standards.
- **Customer Support**: Collaborate with Customer Service teams to address pricing enquiries and concerns. Provide guidance on pricing-related matters to ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Home and International collections**: Collaborate on and attend weekly home collections in London and monthly International Collections.
- **Inventory management**: Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates to identify fast-selling items and slow-moving inventory. Implement strategies to optimize inventory flow and minimize overstock or markdowns. Follow the items you priced that don’t sell and make recommendations to descriptions, photography, marketing and store team around how to improve their sell-through.
- **Discounting**:Support the trading team on the discounting strategy for the season, giving support on pricing for sales and promotions, analytics of sale performance.
- **Automation**:Support the management team on plans to move pricing towards automation, getting involved in technical discussions around what is needed in our systems to help us scale up your pricing strategy
- **Reporting**:Use vlookups and pivot tables in excel to create the weekly report, sharing insight on best and worst sellers, identifying actions.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues in various departments, including sales, operations, and marketing, to achieve common goals and objectives. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts and address any challenges or opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- A fashion lover with an eye for luxury fashion and good understanding of fashion trends
- Exceptional understanding of pricing and what impacts pricing
- Good negotiation skills and a confident communicator with a mature attitude
- Intermediate excel skills with the ability to understand basic formulas, vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience in analysing data and identifying actions
- A commercial mindset with a good understanding of what impacts sales

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
