Are you an efficient and organised administrator looking to take up a new role? WMG are looking for a Programme Co-ordinator to join our MSc team to provide administrative and clerical support for our courses.

Together with great attention to detail and strong IT skills, you should be educated to A-level standard, and have an A-C grade in GCSE English and Maths. You will need to have excellent communication skills, along with being extremely organised with the ability to work under pressure.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
To provide high-level administrative support for WMG’s full-time MSc courses, administering all functions of the admissions process, assisting with the promotion of the full-time postgraduate programmes.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
5. Create CAS for overseas visas, including all preliminary checks to ensure compliance with UK immigration law.
6. Advise applicants, regarding requirement and process for obtaining ATAS clearance.
7. To provide support to the Senior Programme Coordinator, Admissions Tutor Programme Management and other departmental administration teams as commensurate to the grade on a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. Assisting with regular review and improvement of administrative processes and systems and ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are regularly updated.

8. To produce, analyse and issue reports, collating and analysing statistical data from required databases.

9. To provide support for departmental events including Course Registration, Induction week activities, Graduation and representing WMG at open days.
