**What will you be doing?**

The Corporate HR Lead will work with the functional Senior Leadership teams, to drive business growth through strategic planning, business insight and delivery of solutions and outcomes, developing and embedding a number of key business tools to effectivelydrive our people and business agenda.

You will line manage and motivate a high performing team of Employee Relations Specialists and HR Business Partners, in the delivery of a first class HR service to the business. You will provide strategic direction and support to our business on importantHR activities ensuring the sustainability of our people resources.

A key element to the role is to lead the annual pay and bonus cycle for the business unit, as well as objective and PDP setting process, to ensure all appropriate outputs are managed. You will drive and deliver workforce planning activities based on Veolia’sfuture vision, driving behavioural and cultural change as appropriate.

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into action.
- Up to date knowledge of HR matters including Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Workforce planning and Succession planning.
- Demonstrable experience in improving employee engagement and creating a high performing culture.
- Experience of operating as a trusted advisor to Board Level Executives and Senior Leadership Teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidenc e to influence decisions. Previous experience of leading and motivating a high performing team.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and ability to deliver results to meet demanding deadlines
- Experience of dealing with complex and super complex ER issue
