Logistics Administrator

**Overview:
Working for a powder coatings manufacturing site in Farnham.
**Duties**:
- Order entry into SAP procurement.
- Provide admin support to management team, collection of KPI data.
- Booking in delivery drivers.
- Support of internal audits.
- Support and cover customer services with answering phone calls, enquiries etc.
- Support the yearly stock take.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system as required.
- Logistics support, booking, paperwork
- Support purchasing and planning
**Qualifications**:
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Knowledge or previous experience of SAP would be ideal but not essential.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to plan and organise own workload but can adapt when priorities change.
**Hourly pay rate**: £14.42 X 40 Hour per week
**Working**:Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 40 hours per week.
