Working for a manufacturing site in Farnham.
**Duties**:
- Order entry into SAP procurement.
- Provide admin support to management team, collection of KPI data.
- Booking in delivery drivers.
- Support of internal audits and annual stock take.
- Support the customer service advisors with answering phone calls and placing supplier orders and customer orders, when applicable.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system as required.
- Logistics support, booking, paperwork
- Support purchasing and planning
- Any other activities deemed appropriate by site management.
**Qualifications**:
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Knowledge or previous experience of SAP would be ideal but not essential.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to plan and organise own workload but can adapt when priorities change.
**Working**: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 40 hours per week.
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £29,124.00 per year
