** TEMPORARY ORDER PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR**

Our client situated near Farnham, Surrey is seeking a Temporary Order Processing Administrator to join a busy, highly customer focused Purchasing Team. The opportunity may have the possibility to become a permanent role.

Immediate Start.

This is an office-based role where you will take responsibility for the placement of purchase orders and liaising with production to ensure customer orders are received on time and to their exact specification.

As a helpful Temporary Order Processing Administrator you will carry out the following duties:

- Be the main point of contact for order amendments, cancellations and delays
- Enter data (Excel)
- Use a bespoke CRM to process purchase orders (training provided)
- Keep production and delivery teams fully updated on any changes
- Maintain constant communications with the internal logistics team
- Arrange customer deliveries
- Assist Sales Team to convert Sales Leads
- Liaise with external customers and suppliers

Our client will provide you with induction training, so that you can hit the ground running

Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle, free on-site parking
