**Office & Facilities Manager/HR Administrator**

**About The Role**:

- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Perform receptionist duties.
- Assist with arrangement and co-ordination of company events, training and catering.
- Travel arrangements for colleagues and visitors as required.
- Manage cleaning firm, ensure standards are upheld and supplies & well stocked.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work & assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
- Ensure building meets all Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintenance of employee records, sickness, holidays, absence - through appropriate HR system where applicable.
- Recruitment & leaver activity: including agency liaison, interviews and arranging inductions/onboarding for new starters, arranging exit interviews and processes.
- Assist with new talent process & onboarding - employees, contractors, interns, work experience, graduates.
- Liaise closely with Finance, IT & external benefits broker.

**The successful Office & Facilities Manager/HR Administrator will have**:

- A resourcefulness - pro-active approach.
- Analytical and eager to reform and suggest changes for business improvement.
- Strong track record within an Office/Site management role - Facilities.
- Proven organisational and communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in HR Administration & HR Data Systems useful.
- Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- A fast learner with the ability to 'think outside the box’ and provide solutions for last minute business needs.
