**HR Administrator / HR Junior - About The Role**
As the People Administrator your role is to support the People Team with administration tasks, so that collectively the team can provide an efficient and professional service to all internal stakeholders. Duties will involve:
- Communication with site managers to agree on time frames for recruitment sessions and any other recruitment needs.
- Provide adverts for job boards.
- Provide daily support to internal line managers on recruitment related queries.
- Respond to inquiries from Recruitment Inbox.
- Weekly update with People Operations Manager and COO on recruitment and related matters.
- Make sure all new starters’ onboarding documents are uploaded.
- Update the new starter spreadsheet and cross reference with track authorisation recruitment forms with month end reports.
- Report on a monthly basis with any trends or observations regarding new starter.
- Leavers administration.
- Help schedule departments for new starter induction days at Head Office.
