Provide day-to-day administrative support on various HR activities to achieve smooth implementation of HR

processes and policies in line with HR plans and process guidelines.
- Individual contributor who completes activities or fulfills targets under immediate supervision and guidance and executes assigned tasks according to specific standards and guidelines
- Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience
- Work is routine or follows standard procedures and closely supervised

**Key Tasks**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support in carrying out HR processes within established guidelines such as drafting employment contracts, preparing personnel documentation, etc.
- Answer manager/employee queries by responding with accurate and timely information on individual contracts, employee data, etc.
- Maintain data and records related to HR processes and employees
- Process and administer immediate and ongoing HR activities

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Experience Level
- Experience less than 2 years
- Previous experience in administration

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
