**About the Role**

This is an exciting role for someone looking to join a team who are building a large-scale fibre to the home business. Reporting to a Regional Maintenance Manager, the role will require you to proactively plan and coordinate our schedueld maintenance and civils work on our network in the Manchester region.

You will be a key contact who reacts and responds quickly to reports of faults on our network, logging and managing tickets and ensuring that the relevant teams are aware and respond. We pride ourselves on our maintenance service levels, with a primary focus on fixing, auditing and driving the right quality on the network. The role is 80% work from home and 20% site based so you need to be prepared for some travel and to be on site when required., The role needs a calm approach, someone who can multi-task and deliver results.

**About you**

We are seeking a super organised and calm Maintenance Planner and Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced maintenance team.

It is essential that you have strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks to ensure that our network is well maintained and we keep our ticket response time at the leading industry level we are proud to have set. You will also have the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced operational team to deliver business and customer results. Ideally, you’ll have some experience working in a telco operation

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning of your region, which includes keeping 6 monthly and 12 monthly inspection records up to date. You will also be responsible for liaising with our sub-contractors to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are adhered to regarding tickets and any ad-hoc works.

The role also includes dealing directly with Civils sub-contractors and ensuring lead-in works are carried out to the best standard. The maintenance Co-Ordinator is a varied role that requires a lot of attention to detail.

You will be part of a close-knit team and will be provided specific training for this work stream

The standard shift for this current opening is Monday-Friday 10:00AM to 19:00PM with an on-call shift for weekends every 1 in 5 weeks.
- Coordinate and plan a preventative maintenance schedule for each area within the region
- Build relationships with our Maintenance, Build and Installation sub-contractor partners and liaise daily when resolving faults
- Maintain good stock levels of consumables
- Carefully maintain data-bases and archives held in our app platform.

**Experience Required**:
Experience working within the telecoms industry in a coordination, planning or scheduling role.

Not essential, but advantageous to have worked on PIA networks.
