Part Time Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit an Part Time Administrator to join our busy team based in our Head Office. This would be on a part-time basis (days/hours can be negotiated).
The Administration team provide support to our site workers and office staff carrying out a range of tasks such as fleet management, booking accommodation and maintaining training records.
Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with visitors and deliveries to the office
- Organising and booking travel and accomodation for site workers
- Printing paperwork for site set up,
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Other administration tasks as and when required
Rate of pay is dependent on experience.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
