**Job Title**:Part-Time Administrator
**Start Date**:ASAP
**Contract Length**:4 weeks initially
**Location**:Glasgow (G2)
**Pay Rate**:£11.96 per hour
**Hours**:3 days per week (Monday/ Wednesday/ Thursday 9am-5pm)
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and to ensure compliance with documented processes- Data entry: create and maintain records, standard reports and spreadsheets to ensure information is up-to-date, easy to access and accurate- Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures- Provide high levels of customer service in respect to queries ensuring responses are issued promptly, accurately and following guidelines**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous admin experience- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and independently.- Ability to work under pressure, to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.- High level of accuracy and good attention to detail.- Excellent IT skills
