Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, with a growing Glasgow City Centre client, to recruit an experienced Accounts and Admin Assistant on a part-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a small friendly team. This post offers 20-27 hours per week and remote working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Receivable & Payable duties
- Bank reconciliations
- Creation of monthly accounting reports
- Credit control duties
- Journal & payroll admin/tracking
- Processing VAT returns and other HMRC responsibilities
- Staff expenses
- Tracking & processing delivery of sales & purchase orders / invoices
- Generate all quotes, as requested by Sales Team
- Pro-actively contact and quote for existing contracts
- Handle incoming run-rate quotation requests
- Some HR related activities
- Carry out regular H&S tasks such as General Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments and individual assessments
- Approve & track all WFH requests, as per Hybrid Working Policy
- General administrative duties, as required.

Skills required:

- Xero experience would be preferred
- Highly proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Be able to use own initiative
- Strong team player
- High levels of attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27 per week

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
