**About this role**:
Sitting in the Centre of Excellence for Change and as part of a dedicated to growing change maturity at JET, the HR Change Specialists focus on HR Change management supporting HR Strategic, tactical and/or BaU initiatives with a strong focus on the People Side of Change ensuring the initiatives land effectively and successfully into the business. We work with an integrated approach with Project management and People Communications to lead our people through changes with proven methodologies to optimise the success of our HR initiatives.

We create Change plans covering stakeholder management, risk and impact assessments, communication plans and training plans and we own the delivery of these to achieve a maximised change adoption and impact so we continuously improve our Employee Experience.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:
**Lead: Global Centre of Expertise**
- Working as part of a team to improve the change capability throughout the HR organisation and wider business.

**Deliver: Change management support aligned to business priorities & projects**
- Design and deliver end-to-end change plans and methodologies to support HR initiatives and projects effectively and drive success in change
- Play the Spider in the Web role in projects bringing the right people together and connecting the right dots as a trusted advisor at all levels to ensure change management is effectively considered for all stakeholder groups involved
- Ensure an integrated way of working on HR projects together with Project and Portfolio management as well as People Communications & Employer Brand, identifying risks, blockers and dependencies across the wider HR portfolio
- Collaborate with HRBP’s, CoE’s, People Services and Workforce Shaping & People Insights to prioritise and manage HR change initiatives in alignment with business goals and objectives

**Care: Organisational change maturity growth**
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation and able to influence and secure strong sponsorship and change agency for our HR initiatives
- Own, monitor and evaluate change management metrics (change adoption) and recommend improvements, closely working with HR People Insights
- Support an environment of continuous development across the change agent community and champion change culture within a matrix environment
