**HR - People Change Specialist**

The role forms part of a team of specialists within the People Projects & Change team, deployed according to demand and prioritisation from the People Leadership Team. This role will manage and deliver global projects individually and as part of a project team. This is a varied role, expected to contribute across specialisms according to the change agenda from the business.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support large-scale and cross-functional organisational change projects and design initiatives, working in close partnership with project teams, the wider People function, People Business Partners & People Leaders.
- Develop a pragmatic, tailored change approach using human-centred design principles to drive consistency (where applicable) around how change and organisation development is managed.
- Work with project leads to develop clear and consistent messaging to facilitate change and organisation design on a global scale
- Create comprehensive supporting materials for People Leaders, including communications and engagement plans.
- Scope, define, plan, and document the progression of projects, working closely with the People Business Partner / Project Lead / Expertise Lead (as needed).
- Partner with the wider People Function to bring in expertise and resource as needed to support organisation and people development.
- Maintain an active role in the professional community for change management / organisation design across QBE Group, developing best practice and ensuring it is disseminated.
- Create and maintain links with thought leadership outside the organisation to ensure QBE’s continual development.
- Develop capability in the People Leaders across QBE through training, workshops, partnering, mentoring, and coaching.

**Preferred Competencies/Skills**:

- Change Management and/or Organisation Design experience
- Outstanding communication skills, clearly conveys message both in verbal and written forms
- Project Management discipline
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Business partnering and stakeholder management
- Performance consulting
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Data analysis
- Experience leading or supporting organisational design and change projects; whether through internal / external consulting roles, delivery of change programmes as part of a technical function (HR (Human Resources), IT (Information Technology), Transformation, Project Management etc), or in a business role having delivered change.
- Experience managing ambiguity and translating it into a planned approach
- Strong knowledge and experience of change management skills and use of project management practices, methodologies, and tools
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- A commercially focused and pragmatic approach to outcomes
- Demonstrated senior business partnering or internal/external consulting experience
- Analytical and insightful communications skills
- Experience of using data/analytics to support communications or reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £450.00-£600.00 per day
