**The Opportunity**:
The Binks Hub is a network of academics, researchers, community members, practitioners and policy-makers using creativity and the arts to co-create research that makes a difference to people’s lives. We are looking for a project and communication administrator who will work with the Binks Hub Manager and the wider EFI Team to support events organisation, social media, digital
- marketing and promotion, and database administration. The post holder will also provide administrative support to the Binks Hub academics and professional services staff. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Responsible for organising Binks Hub events and liaising with the event hosts in order to agree requirements;
- Undertake event marketing and promotion, using mailings, digital networks and social media tools to promote and share opportunities and drive engagement and sign up;
- Manage event attendance information and records for monitoring and tracking purposes;
- Administer the Binks Hub SharePoint information management system and Teams site;
- Maintain, update and provide regular posts to Binks’s social media accounts.
