As a **Property Advisor** you will manage both inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, addressing, residential sales and lettings enquiries. Actively participating in property valuation requests, acting as the first point of contact within Andrews Property Group. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service to our wide range of customers, all while maintaining a high level of data accuracy through the effective use of company databases.

**A* **Property Advisor *you will be
- Must ensure there is a smooth liaison between Andrews Property Centre (APC) and the branches to ensure all customers, both potential and existing, are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- You will ensure a first-class service which will involve a range of activities from making appointments, customer set up, providing information on viewings, valuations and other products and services. In essence you will be the voice of Andrews.
- To fully utilise and comply with systems and procedures which are in place,
- to maximise opportunities to the group whilst delivering a first-class service to our customers.
- To personally emulate and deliver Andrews’ purpose and values every day, and to act at all times in a way that reflects Andrews’ overall objective to become the “most trusted and admired business in our sector”.
- Generating additional business opportunities via outbound calls to our existing customer database, (when required)

**The successful Property Adviser will have the following skills**:

- Active Listener

- Proactive in providing and seeking support from other colleagues.
- Actively encourages improvements so that excellence is delivered
- IT literate
- Experience within a sales or customer service environment

Andrews is an awarding winning property group who provide fantastic training so there’s no need for previous property experience required, just bring a positive can-do attitude and a thrive to do what’s best for our customers.

Please note - we can offer you **full-time role : Mon-Friday 9-18:30 (3 weeks of 9-17:30 & 1 weeks of 10-18:30) plus Saturday 9-17:00 (1 in 4 weeks) 37.5hrs a week**
