Recruitment and Payroll Coordinator- Hybrid

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Recruitment and Payroll Coordinator** to join our team.
**Job is on full-time basis Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm including 1 hr lunch break,**
**Hybrid working so 2-3 days from Keynsham office and the rest to work remotely**

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all new starter paperwork and legal checks such as Right to Work and referencing.
- To build relationships with agencies and work with them to ensure effective support is received where needed
- To ensure the recruitment function runs smoothly and effectively through efficient diary and systems management to ensure you utilise your time effectively which will ensure that you deliver a service to the field.
- Prepare and analyze any reporting required from the recruitment function.
- To assist the payroll function
- Ensuring accuracy in the delivery of all of the pay elements.

- To own the Car allowance system
- Tracking vehicles, ages and documentation, Issuing correspondence to employees. Carrying our driver checks and reporting on DVLA points.
- General administration
- To provide cover for people within the people function completing tasks owned by others where required.
- To ensure a friendly, honest, and efficient attitude is maintained
- To be aware of own and People team goals
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment or Payroll Coordinator or similar admin/ coordinator role
- Knowledge of recruitment/payroll processes and procedures
- Knowledge of recruitment tools would be advantageous but not a must
- IT and Microsoft Office Package literate
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Estate Agency industry would be preferable but not a must
