An amazing opportunity for an experienced **Administrator **within Andrews Property Group has become available now

The **Fleet Administrator** will be:

- the role on a **full-time basis**:

- **fixed-term contract for initially 4 months**:

- **37.5hrs a week Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm **including 1hr lunch break

**Responsibilities involved in the role**:

- **Administrative tasks around car permits,** keeping the records accordingly in the system, **contacting 3rd parties ** once needed and arranging the assistance around **car documents permits and processing it**:

- regular **meetings with managers** and **reporting** about any changes if needed
- **making up new files** both electronic and paper, ensuring all files are **complete and up to date**:

- Manage and maintain **electronic and paper records around the car processes **to ensure they are correct and up to date, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- **Monitor and chase car paperwork**, issue letters and keep spreadsheet up to date.
- Ensure **regular and effective communication** is maintained with the HR Advisors and Head of HR so they are aware of any changes, problems etc.
- **Send out any correspondence **or reports as requested by the HR Advisors and Head of HR.
- Carry out **any other duties as requested by the Head of HR **depending on the **needs of the business - projects going**

**Key Skill Requirements**
- An **ability to demonstrate a clear understanding** of the Andrews’ Operating **standards.**:

- **Willingness to learn and help with the projects going**:

- Excellent record keeping **characteristics and attention to detail**:

- Excellent **time management and diary planning capability.**:

- An up to date knowledge and **understanding of Microsoft spreadsheet formula, and the ability to create reports.**:

- A can do and **problem solving attitude **to encourage an active team.
- The ability to **demonstrate team player qualities by sharing knowledge and skills to build strong relationships with colleagues** and the wider population within the Group business.
- Provide **excellent customer service at all times**:

- Ensure **all Administrator systems are kept up to date** and are correct throughout all processes.
- Maintaining relationships and dealing with car permits processes
