As an Administrative Assistant for the largest manufacturer and supplier of car care products in Europe, you will be supporting the Marketing Team with all aspects of Marketing Administration.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Completing corporate documentation.
- Responsibility for creating and maintaining seasonal planograms.
- Communicating with other Marketing Departments, Sales, Design Studio, Technical Centre, Production and New Product Departments.
- Maintaining marketing files & records.
- Arranging & sending samples/mock-up products to customers.
- Working on other projects as appropriate.
- Creating and issuing Marketing Bulletins/Material
- General administrative housekeeping.

Suitable Applicants should have:

- Computer literate in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to an intermediate/advanced level
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate to colleagues and customers at all levels.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Good time management and organisational skills are a must.
- You need to be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and be a self-starter.
- Marketing qualification is desirable but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
