Full time - initially a 12 month contract

We are working with a well-established client based in the Rochdale Area who have been the Market Leader over the past 20 years. They have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator - to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

This role will suit a tenacious, hands on outgoing individual looking to kick start their career in co-ordination and management. You will be joining a fast paced environment providing the ability to learn new skills daily and grow within your role.

Daily duties:

- Assist with budget tracking and expense management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with the co-ordination of day to day operations
- Assist with diary management - scheduling meetings, events and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with inspections - ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Provision of Adhoc administrative assistance

Personal profile:

- Proactive and able to work within a fast paced environment
- GCSE’s or equivalent in Math’s and English
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Desirable - Holder of a valid UK driving license and vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
