**Project Support (Technical) Administrator - External**

**Come and join EDF as a Technical Administrator where you’ll be supporting our Property Services teams.**

**The Opportunity**

Property Services delivers projects across our corporate estate which largely comprises of office buildings primarily across Southern England, but with a few offices in the Northeast and Scotland.

Depending on your location, you would be working largely remotely, but nonetheless alongside our existing Technical Administrators, supporting the project team in delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity for you to work with a fantastic and very experienced team who will help you hone and expand your skills.

**What you’ll be doing**

Day to day activities would include:

- Dealing with purchase order and invoice queries, and tracking costs.
- Maintaining records in schedules and registers.
- Organising and saving files/documents.
- Producing reports and other documents.
- Providing any other administrative support as may be required.

**Who you are**

We’re ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in a project and/or financial environment and is familiar with project/financial information and processes.

You should be able to:

- Proactively manage multiple tasks and prioritise and plan workload to meet deadlines.
- Work independently, but also with colleagues to ensure workload is balanced.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, consultant and contractor suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- Be proactive and persistent to resolve issues and bring queries to a good and timely conclusion.
- Use Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP and other software and systems.

In addition, if you are willing to learn and/or have any existing knowledge or experience of; developing and maintaining SharePoint pages, document libraries, and setting-up or updating workflows, this would be extremely beneficial.
