**DE&I Communications Specialist - 12 months mat cover**
As the DE&I Communications Specialist, you’ll have a passion for all things DE&I and a strong understanding of the power of created content. You will work with our Head of DE&I to further develop our Diversity & Inclusion product and service offering - and come up with ways to communicate this to existing and potential clients.
A big part of your role will be to conduct inclusive communications audits for our clients following a bespoke process we have developed here at ThirtyThree and present those findings and recommendations. You will also be expected to run inclusive communications training sessions for our clients, focusing primarily on the talent attraction space. Finally, you will manage our external events calendar in this space (Unboxed), organising thought leadership sessions for clients and partnering with DE&I experts. Understanding the industry in which we operate is crucial as you will support with DE&I award submissions and other communications on behalf of the agency and our clients. - Key Requirements**We will count on you to**:
- Conduct inclusive communications audits for our clients and present the findings
- Put together and execute a year-round comms plan, create content for our social and digital channels and track success
- Coordinate, host and deliver our virtual DE&I event series (Unboxed)
- Continue to manage our DE&I blog, working with specialists across the agency to create new content
- Curate our quarterly DE&I client newsletter
- Co-write our DE&I whitepapers alongside specialists from across our teams
- Prepare DE&I-related case studies and presentation decks
- Maintain and continue to develop knowledge of the DE&I space by researching best practices, monitoring industry developments, evaluating emerging trends, and conducting benchmark comparisons for write-ups to senior leaders
- Required Skills & Experience**A bit about you**
You’ll come from a DE&I or a communications and marketing background with an appreciation for employer brand, EVP and how these impact outside perception.
**What you need to have**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of DE&I and/or marketing and communications experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience of working with clients
- Experienced and confident presenter
- Experience of running virtual and/or face-to-face events
- Passion about diversity, equality, inclusion and the wider people agenda.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally to help support our DE&I agenda.
- Self-motivated individual who is comfortable operating with mínimal direction
- Highly organised, able to plan, prioritise to meet deadlines & project manage
- Enthusiastic, positive outlook and willing to get stuck into everything
- Able to work both alone & collaboratively, working closely with your direct team, peers & more broadly across the agency
